 Fine Arts Judging Sheet


 Each entry to be considered by the Judge must be accompanied by this judging sheet.

 Each member may choose the classification they fall into at the time they join the Palette Club of Ogden. Participation in this system is voluntary. Advancement from one classification/level to another will be determined by awards issued during the membership year. Once an individual achieves the requirements for the next classification, they must advance to the next level. Awards given shall consist of Best of Show and each classification/level will be awarded first, second, third and honorable mention place ribbons.

The artist confirms that this entry has never been in previous Palette Club competitions/judged show and is an original composition.
